The number of user licenses will dictate how many users can access MTrack at the same time. For example, if you have four licenses in use and a fifth user logs in, a message will prompt for one of the four to log out before to fifth user can log on. Typically our clients have enough licenses for half to two-thirds of their staff. Additional licenses can be added at any time.
Installation costs
Depending on the size and complexity of your organization, we will need to devote some time to analyzing your needs. For small organizations, this can be done from data that is sent to us. Bigger organizations may require a site visit.
This involves transferring all relevant data from your existing systems into MTrack. If your data is in more than one database, these will be combined to provide you with a single list of all contacts. With complex databases, this may involve several iterations in order to fine tune the conversion.
If your requirements do not match the standard features built into MTrack, there could be charges for customization.
This provides for help in setting up and training staff on the various features of MTrack. The time and costs involved will typically depend on:
- Features used
- Staff numbers, and
- Complexity of your needs

With smaller organizations, installation and training are done over the phone, so no travel costs are incurred. One or more site visits will be recommended for larger organizations.
Tech Support is an on-going charge to provides users with access to information, tech staff, manual updates, minor program enhancements etc. It also is used to support the continued development of MTrack.
