The company was originally established in 1983 as Strachan Computers Ltd. for the sale and support of personal computers. In 1994, operations were split between two companies. Strachan Solutions Ltd for computer sales and MTrack Software Ltd. for the development and marketing of MTrack software for member-based organizations. The key members of the MTrack team are:

39 years business management experience, including 21 years with computers and 13 years with MTrack.

Ross Rimek, 32 years accounting experience, 15 years programming and 10yrs. withMTrack. Ross is responsible for custom development, accounts setup and support.
Ron Christie, 24 years programming experience, including 19 years with MTrack/AISA. Principal programmer and chief architect.
